We’ve had a huge demand from fan page owners out there for viral ways to get users to like and share their fan pages. We created the Like Contest fan page application that allows fan page owners to give away prizes, content, items, etc, to a random user after your page reaches a specified amount of likes (in our demo, we have set the amount to 1000 likes). Visitors can earn entry into the contest by simply liking your page. Visitors can also earn extra entry slots by inviting users (using Facebook’s Request 2.0) or sharing the page on their wall.
