KuggaKids.com, an online store for kids clothing and apparel, approached us with the idea that they wanted a custom tab added to thier Facebook fan page. From this custom tab, they basically wanted to allow their Facebook visitors to browse their entire store catalog. They were using a PHP/MySQL-based store/shopping cart software, Option Cart. Although we have never worked with this particular software before, our developers were able to connect to the software’s MySQL database and determine the database structure. From there, we coded our own custom catalog software from scratch to work within the Facebook canvas while integrating with Option Cart’s database.
What did this project entail?
